We are located in Töreboda
(aprox. 14 km north of Mariestad). Please,
contiune forward as the girls and the
boys are presented one by one. Thank

A little light info about the
Shar Pei
Breed originally from China aprox. 2500
years back. Known also as "The
Cinese wrinkly breed" and it´s
on a lot of postcards. The colors varies
in different red, fawn, creme, black,
blue, brown, etc. etc. The size varies
from 44-51 cm at the withers and that´s
the standard, but as in all breeds it
can be smaller or bigger. Weight between
20-30 kg. Shar Pei is a small to middle
size breed and need healthy exercise.
It will happily follow you on a walk
but can also activate it self in a park
or in a garden with fence. It´s
a great family dog. The wrinkles will
disappear with age and as the Shar Pei
grows, it will only have some of them
left on their head and withers. They
are very easy to train and are used
for example as tracking-dogs in the
U.S. One thing to think about when you
purchase a pup is to socialize it from
an early age as the breed have sometimes
a tendency to become a little bit standoffish
against strangers. As early as possible,
let the pup come with you everywhere.
To meet different dogs and people and
to get comfortable in different environments.
To sign in for a puppie-class is not
a bad idea.
